Jeune Blanc
The Ugni blanc grape variety brings finesse and elegance
with a slight hint of acidity. You will also like the fruitiness of
this pineau thanks to the Colombard grape (notes of apricot
and white peach).
This is a beautiful blend of sweetness and freshness!
Perfect for Aperitif, this is a perfect match with cheese or
fruity dessert as well.
Pineau should be served chilled, at 5°C!
Pour 3cl (1 oz) lemon juice, 3cl (1oz) egg-white and 6cl (2oz) white Pineau into a shaker to shake; then open and add ice cubes to shake again. Pour into a glass and add a small skin of lemon.
Vieux Blanc
The Colombard grape gives persistence and delicate
fruitiness. Ugni-Blanc gives finesse, elegance and a slight
acidity.
The marriage of these two grape varieties gives a perfect
balance to the tasting where the aromas of dried fruits and
almond mingle with a very honeyed side.
Its frank and expressive attack, its notes of 'rancio' and nuts
leave a lingering length in the mouth with a warm finish.
Perfect as an aperitif or in combination with foie gras, conté, and apricot-nut crumble type desserts. Pineau to serve chilled at 5 ° C!

Vieux Rouge
Cabernet Sauvignon confers aromatic power, Merlot brings
richness and body to our Pineau des Charentes.
The blend of these two grape varieties offers a delicious
fruity sensation: aromas of blackcurrant, candied sour
cherries, but also woody and prune notes.
Much appreciated by the consumers and rarer to find on the
market, you will be seduced by the delicious aromas of this
Vieux Pineau Rouge.
Perfect as an aperitif, it also goes wonderfully well with
Charentais melons, goat cheese or a chocolate dessert!
