Place a few ice cube into the glass. Pour in the sparkling soft drink. Float 20ml of the cognac Château Montifaud VS by placing the back of a bar spoon on the soft drink and slowly pouring the cognac into the spoon.
VSOP
This VSOP is the best seller of Château Montifaud range. A perfect balance & structure and already a great length on the palate. Lots of finesse, notes of vineyard flower but evolution to dried flowers, some fruits also (pear, apricot), this VSOP is very round, mellow and fine on the palate.
No special way to enjoy this VSOP, pleasure comes automatically!
You can enjoy it neat at 20°C, or in long drinks!

Napoléon
The Napoleon is a apart: between the VSOP and the
XO in the general cognac classification, this blend also has a
special position in our range: a blend of more than 10
different cognacs, all older than the years required by
regulation.
This Napoleon remains typical of our cognacs by its amazing
roundness and its sweetness with light notes of lime tree,
dried flowers, plum and dried fruits. Very present vanilla,
suppleness and roundness on the palate.
The 'rancio' appears in final notes.
This Napoleon can be the right compromise if you like the
freshness of VSOP and the complexity of XO…

Napoléon CIGARE
Here it’s the same cognac than our standard Napoleon but we
kept to alcohol content at 46%vol instead of 40%vol for the
Napoleon.
More powerful, more concentrated with very rich aromas,
this cognac will be the perfect companion for your cigars!

XO Silver
Elodie Vallet wanted to sublimate the unique and delicate
blend created by her husband, Laurent, with a silver touch!
Elegant, sober, fine and original, you will be impressed by its
complexity. Aromas of candied fruit (apricot, prune) mixed
with a note of cocoa.
At 20°C, you will appreciate its finesse and complexity. Nice
length on the palate with a slightly spicy finish.
