Tasting notes

The Colombard grape gives persistence and delicate fruitiness. Ugni-Blanc gives finesse, elegance and a slight acidity.
The marriage of these two grape varieties gives a perfect balance to the tasting where the aromas of dried fruits and almond mingle with a very honeyed side.
Its frank and expressive attack, its notes of 'rancio' and nuts leave a lingering length in the mouth with a warm finish.

Tasting suggestion

Perfect as an aperitif or in combination with foie gras, conté, and apricot-nut crumble type desserts. Pineau to serve chilled at 5 ° C!
